  • Review the alert shown in the OCTO Biz App, it will list the app(s) detected as malicious.
  • Uninstall the identified app(s) from your device.
  • Restart your phone.
  • Reopen the OCTO Biz App and log in as usual.
  • If the issue persists, please contact our Business Call Centre at 1 300 888 828 (local) or +603 2297 3000 (overseas), available Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 7:00pm, and Saturday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (excluding public holidays).
