OCTO Biz FX Booker

On OCTO Biz Web (via Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome or Safari)

Step 1: Click FX Rate Booking on the left side bar

Step 2: Select MYR Pairing or Non-MYR Pairing.

Step 3: Click on Bank Buy Rate on desired currency pair.

Step 4: Select Account

Step 5: Select Purpose

Step 6: Enter Foreign Currency Amount

Step 7: Click on T&C

Step 8: Click Next to proceed.

On OCTO Biz Mobile App (via Android, Apple or Huawei)

Step 1: Click More on the bottom right of the app

Step 2: Click on FX Rate Booking

Step 3: Click on MYR Pairing

Step 4: Click on Bank Sell Rate of desired currency pair

Step 5: Displays the indicative Forex Rate

Step 6: Select Bank Account

Step 7: Select Purpose Code

Step 8: Input Amount

Step 9: Select Next

Step 10: Click on Ok on Alert

Step 11: Tick on Declaration

Step 12: Click on Submit
