Account Statements and Transaction Details

On OCTO Biz Web

Step 1: Login to OCTO Biz Web > On the left side menu, click Accounts > click e-Statements tab

Step 2: Select Account Type and Account No. from the dropdown list > Select Year and Month of e-Statement you wish to generate > Click Search

Step 3: Click on e-Statement you wish to download

Step 4: Your statement will be downloaded to your device for you to view.

On OCTO Biz app

Step 1: Login to OCTO Biz App > tap Accounts on bottom navigation bar > tap on E-Statement 

Step 2: Select Account Type and Account No. from the dropdown list > Select Year and Month of e-Statement you wish to generate > Tap Search

Step 3: Click on e-Statement you wish to download
