I did not receive any login notification when I log in to BizChannel Website, what should I do?

Please follow the steps below:

For Android Phone:
Step 1: Go to "Setting" > "Notification" > "App” > "BizChannel@CIMB"> Select "Allow notifications".
Step 2: Go to "System & Updates" > "Date and Time" > Select "Set automatically".
Step 3: Login via BizChannel Website.
Step 4: Click "Resend Notification" on BizChannel@CIMB Website for it to send to your Registered Device.

For iPhone:
Step 1: Go to "Setting" > "Notification > "App" > "BizChannel@CIMB" > Select "Allow notifications".
Step 2: Go to "Setting" > "General" > "Date and Time" > Select "Set automatically".
Step 3: Login via BizChannel Website.
Step 4: Click "Resend Notification" on BizChannel@CIMB Website for it to be sent to your Registered Device.

If unsuccessful, please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Click "here" on BizChannel@CIMB Website www.cimb-bizchannel.com.my to generate OTP through the Mobile Token on your requestered mobile device.
Step 2: A 6-digit number OTP will be generated via registered Mobile Token. OTP will expire in 60 seconds.
Step 3: Enter OTP BizChannel@CIMB Website to proceed with Login.
