I did not receive any login notification when I log in to BizChannel Website/Mobile app, how do I proceed?

Click "Resend Notification" on BizChannel@CIMB Website/Mobile app for it to be re-delivered to your Registered Device.

 

If unsuccessful, please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Click "here" on BizChannel@CIMB website to generate OTP.

Step 2: A 6-digit number OTP will be generated via registered Mobile Token. The OTP will expire in 60 seconds.

Step 3: Enter OTP BizChannel@CIMB Website to proceed with Login.
