How do I use Mobile Token to approve, decline or cancel transaction(s) on website and app?

Prior to making a decision, you can review the transaction:

Step 1: Log in to BizChannel@CIMB website or Mobile App.
Step 2: Select Pending Tasks.
Step 3: Select transaction and click "Approve".
Step 4: You will be notified on Transaction approval/rejection/cancellation via BizChannel@CIMB Mobile App on your Registered Device.
Step 5: Select notification to confirm transaction details (e.g From, To, and Transaction Amount).
Step 6: Enter OTP generated via registered Mobile Token to approve the transaction.

Please turn on “notification” on your mobile device to receive real time notification for transaction authorisation from BizChannel@CIMB app.
