How do I subscribe to Mobile Token?

If you are a current user of BizChannel@CIMB, you will need to ensure that the operating system of your mobile device must be at least iOS10 or Android 7.0 and above:

Step 1: Download BizChannel@CIMB Mobile App from Google Play or Apple App store

Step 2: Activate Mobile Token (Refer to this FAQ page for steps)

If you don’t have an account, you can register BizChannel@CIMB, just download and complete Application Form, please follow the steps shown on BizChannel@CIMB Website.

Alternatively, you can visit your nearest CIMB Bank branch to submit the completed application form.
