What are the requirements to download and install the BizChannel@CIMB Mobile App?

To maintain mobile app security and compatibility, BizChannel@CIMB app will only support the following minimum Mobile OS:

Version 12 (For Android Devices)
Version 15 (For Apple iOS Devices)
Version 13 (For Huawei EMUI Devices)

If your mobile device runs on an older operating system, please update your system or use another supported device to continue using BizChannel@CIMB app securely.
