I am a BizChannel@CIMB user for Malaysia/Singapore/Thailand/Cambodia. How do I link and view my BizChannel@CIMB Indonesia account balance by using the app?

Firstly, a signed Regional Account Linking Authorization letter will need to be submitted to your RM or nearest CIMB branch. An email notification will be sent upon successful verification. Click on ‘Regional Account linking authorization letter’ to download.

To link your account, you will need to:
Step 1: Login to BizChannel@CIMB Mobile App.
Step 2: Go to “Settings”.
Step 3: Select “Regional Account Linking” and tap “NEXT”.
Step 4: Swipe right to link your selected country. Upon selection, user will be direct to selected Country “Login” page.
Step 5: Enter your selected Company ID, User ID and password for linking, tap “NEXT”.
Step 6: One Time Password (OTP) screen will appear, enter OTP via Security Device / SMS OTP. Selected country toggle will display “ON” when successfully linked.

To view CIMB Regional account balance:
Step 1: Tap “PORTFOLIO” tab to view country account balance / portfolio.
Step 2: Tap country flag on the right of screen to select and view other country account / portfolio.
