What could be the problem if the system does not allow me to proceed with online application?

Online application is only applicable for LITE Package. Below are the items to take note for the application:


  1. Incorrect Business Registration Number / ID being input
  2. Incorrect Account Number being input
  3. Please ensure Business Registration Number does not contain special character.
  4. Please ensure the account input is a valid 10-digit account number.
