NRIC or passport.
For business enterprises: Company M&A, Form 24 & 49 and company's resolution to open account.

Foreign Currency Fixed Deposit-i under Lien (charged only once if renewal/placement is for the same purpose the FCFD-i was asssigned).	Rm 15.00 per receipt
