Charges applicable to all non-individual customers before 15 August 2026

Types of Charges:

• Additional or reproduction copy of account statement for the past 12 months: RM10.00 (upfront) + RM2.00 per page
• Additional or reproduction copy of account statement for more than 12 months: RM30.00 (upfront) + RM2.00 per page

Charges applicable to SME customers effective 15 August 2026 

Types of Charges:

Reproduction of statements:

• For Delivery via Email: RM20 
• For Hardcopy Self-Collection: RM20 + (RM0.075 x No. of pages) 
• For Hardcopy Courier: RM20 + (RM0.075 x No. of pages) +RM3.10 courier charge

Charges applicable to non-SME customers effective 15 August 2026 (no change)

Types of Charges:

• Additional or reproduction copy of account statement for the past 12 months: RM10.00 (upfront) + RM2.00 per page
• Additional or reproduction copy of account statement for more than 12 months: RM30.00 (upfront) + RM2.00 per page
