Eligibility & Requirements

Applicable for business enterprises and corporations.
Applicable businesses include non-resident controlled companies.
Applicable for companies that are looking for financing to purchase residential, commercial or industrial properties that are fully completed or under construction.
Applicable for land with a construction package from the developer.
You are required to open a Special Mudarabah Investment Account-i (SMIA-i), where we will debit the monthly payment and any other amount due from your SMIA-i account. The final amount available in your account at the end of the day will be used to determine the effective principal outstanding for your daily profit calculation.
