Affordable Financing Rates

Financing rates vary between 5% and 7% per annum, based on the risk profile matrix of the SMEs.
Financing Amount

The maximum aggregate amount of financing under this fund is limited to RM5 million per SME.
Government Guarantee

Get a guarantee from Credit Guarantee Corporation (CGC) or Syarikat Jaminan Pembiayaan Perniagaan Berhad (SJPP).
Guarantee Fee Waiver

We will bear the guarantee fee imposed by CGC or SJPP.

Eligibility & Requirements

Applicable for SMEs with at least 51% shares held and controlled by Malaysian

Any shareholding by public listed companies and government-linked companies in the SMEs shall not exceed 20%.
The fund shall only be used for working capital and/or capital expenditure, such as for purchasing of machinery and equipment, or for the renovation cost for owner occupied business premises.
Financing tenure shall not exceed 5 years.
SMEs must be registered with the Companies Commission of Malaysia, authorities or district offices in Sabah and Sarawak, or statutory bodies for professional service providers.
