High Guarantee Cover

The Credit Guarantee Corporation covers the guarantee, which ranges beween 30% to 80% with multiple of 5%, or up to RM5 million, whichever is lower.
Financing Amount

Maximum financing amount of RM5.0 million to be covered by CGC Guarantee.
Duration of Cover

For the Term Loan facility, the guarantee cover shall be valid until the maturity date with a maximum tenure of 15 years.

For revolving facility, the duration of guarantee cover shall be up to 2 years.

Extension of guarantee is allowed subject to guarantee renewal for every 2 years, and it is up to a maximum of 15 years.
Various Financing Facilities

This scheme covers Term Loan, Overdraft and Trade Facilities.

Eligibility & Requirements

Applicable for SMEs with at least 51% shares held and controlled by Malaysian

The guarantee cover is only applicable for new or additional loans. Fully secured loans and refinancing loans are not be eligible under the scheme.
Guarantee fee is charged annually based on the risk profile of the SME. The range observed is to match the customer’s credibility in terms of risk rating with the pricing of the guarantee. For Unsecured portion, the range is from 0.75% to 4.00% per annum. As for the Secured portion, the range is from 0.50% to 3.20% per annum.
