Affordable Financing Rate

Financing Amount

The maximum aggregate amount of financing under this fund is limited to RM5 million per SME.
Guarantee Fee Waiver

We will bear the guarantee fee imposed by Syarikat Jaminan Pembiayaan Perniagaan Berhad (SJPP).

Eligibility & Requirements

Applicable for SMEs with at least 51% shares held and controlled by Malaysian

The fund shall only be used for working capital and/or capital expenditure for the development of agrofood projects, such as for purchasing machinery and equipment, or for the renovation cost for owner-occupied business premises.
Land cost may be included in the computation of the total project cost, provided that the amount does not exceed 30% of the total project cost and the land will only be used for primary agrofood production activities.
SMEs must be registered with the Companies Commission of Malaysia, or authorities or district offices in Sabah and Sarawak.
