Affordable Financing Rates

Get affordable rates for your working capital financing and capital expenditure financing needs. For financing without government guarantee, the rate is up to 3.5% per annum. For financing with government guarantee, the rate is up to 5.0% per annum inclusive of guarantee fee.
Government Guarantee

Get a government guarantee from Syarikat Jaminan Pembiayaan Perniagaan Berhad (SJPP).
Large Financing Amount

Get up to RM10 million for working capital and/or capital expenditure financing.
Flexible Tenure

Enjoy a long payment tenure of up to 10 years.
Various Financing Facilities

The facility is applicable for various facilities such as Term Financing-i, Cash Line-i, Revolving Credit-i and Multi Currency Trade Financing-i.
Guarantee Fee Waiver

We will bear the guarantee fee imposed by Syarikat Jaminan Pembiayaan Perniagaan Berhad (SJPP).

Eligibility & Requirements

Applicable for eligible SMEs with at least 51% shares held and controlled by Malaysian

SMEs must be registered under the Registration of Business Act 1956; or the Companies Act 1965 or 2016; or Limited Liability Partnership Act 2012; or Sabah and Sarawak local authorities and district offices; or statutory bodies that provide professional services.
The facility is open to viable SMEs in identified manufacturing and services subsectors aligned with National Investment Aspirations (NIAs) or involved in providing relevant technology solutions under Green Technology, Digital and 4IR technology and Biotechnology or SMEs involved in eligible key Government programmes to develop critical technologies as identified in national blueprints.
The facility shall only be used for working capital and/or capital expenditure for new and additional facilities and cannot be used for the refinancing of existing facilities granted by CIMB Islamic Bank Berhad or other banks.
Available until full utilisation of the scheme allocation.
