Eligibility & Requirements

  • Applicable for Malaysian owned and controlled companies that are categorised as SME by Bank Negara Malaysia
  • Any shareholding by public listed companies and government-linked companies in the SMEs shall not exceed 20%
  • Applicable for district offices and statutory bodies that provide professional services, with at least 51% shares held by Malaysians
  • All applications have to be submitted directly to any participating financial institution for evaluation, and then submitted to the Credit Guarantee Corporation for approval
