What is the Third Party Authorization?

When you ask another person to operate your bank accounts over the counter on your behalf. Only authorize a third party you can trust.

How do I authorize a third party to manage my account?

You may set up this arrangement by filling in a standard Third Party Authorization (TPA) Form which can be obtained from this website or any CIMB Bank / CIMB Islamic branch.

 

The request is applicable to business entity such as sole proprietorship, partnership, company and etc.

The types of services offered to the third party: -

  1. Collection / receipt of cheque book via courier / mail
  2. Enquiries on account balance
  3. Collection of account statement
  4. Confirmation on any fund transfer
  5. Confirmation on cheque issued with the bank
  6. Transaction confirmation

How to authorize a Third Party to manage your account?

  1. Download the Third Party Authorization (TPA) Form.
  2. Fill up the form.
  3. Submit the completed form to any CIMB Bank or CIMB Islamic branch near you.
