³If the cost of arrangement with the service provider is lower than the benefit amount, the unused amount will be payable in one lump sum. Besides, upon the occurrence of any of the following circumstances, the benefit amount will be payable in one lump sum to the contract holder or proper claimant:

• In the event of declaration of state of emergency/war/riot, catastrophic events, changes in laws or regulations, material shortages, governmental regulations, natural disasters, and/or other circumstances where the service provider is unable to provide badal hajj that supposed to be performed during the hajj season;
• If the cost of arrangement with the service provider is higher than the benefit amount; or
• No consent in performing badal hajj is received by us.
