Important Notes:

 

  1. The Campaign is open to customers who purchase/participate in Participating Product(s).
  2. The Participating Product(s) are Life Insurance/Family Takaful Regular Premium/Contribution products with policy/contract signed up at minimum of RM18,000 FYAP/FYAC (basic only) with annual payment mode. Any Top Up amount will NOT be recognised.
  3. The Eligible Customer(s) is only entitled to receive the Gift if the Proposal/Application form for the Participating Product(s) is signed and created within the Campaign Period and the policy/contract of the Participating Product(s) is issued by Sun Life Malaysia latest by 31 January 2024 and remain in force as of 29 February 2024.
  4. FYAP / FYAC accumulation is NOT applicable to this campaign.
  5. The Eligible Customer(s) must be the Policy owner/Contract holder of the Participating Product(s).
  6. The Eligible Customer(s) is only eligible for one (1) Gift PER PRODUCT PER LIFE ASSURED/PERSON COVERED regardless of the number of the same Participating Product(s) with the same Life assured/Person covered signed up by all Eligible Customer(s) signed up during the Campaign Period. In the event there are different Policy owners/Contract holders for a particular Participating Product(s) with the same Life assured/Person covered, only the Policy owner/Contract holder whose policy/contract is issued first will be entitled to receive the Gift. The Eligible Customer may be eligible for more than one (1) Gift if different Participating Product(s) are purchased/participated in.
  7. Sun Life Malaysia will inform the Eligible Customer(s) who are entitled to the Gift via email or Short Message Service (“SMS”) to the Eligible Customer(s)’ email address or mobile number and Sun Life Malaysia will do a follow-up call to the Eligible Customer(s) who are entitled to the Gift, to ask for their preferred HABIB outlet for the Eligible Customer(s) to self-collect the Gift.
