1. Customer is only entitled to receive the gift if the proposal/application for the participating products is signed within the Campaign Period and the policy/contract of the participating products is issued by Sun Life Malaysia latest by 15 May 2021.
2. The policy/contract of the participating products must stay in force as at 31 May 2021.
3. Customer must be the payor of the participating products.
4. FYAP/FYAC accumulation is applicable for the Campaign. The accumulated FYAP/FYAC of the participating products must comply with the FYAP/FYAC Cumulated Range.
5. For the participating products with top-up option, regular top-up or single top-up will NOT be recognised as part of the plan’s FYAP/FYAC.
6. Customer is only entitled to one (1) gift based on the highest tier achieved from the FYAP/FYAC cumulated subject to the fulfillment of the qualifying criteria.
7. The fulfillment of the gift will be within 60 days from 31 May 2021.
