Who is the BNM's Fund for Affordable Homes for?
 
  • Malaysian citizen aged between 18 to 70 years old. 
  • Single or Joint borrowers (husband / wife, child / children (two generation) or siblings). 
  • Household gross income not exceeding RM4,360 per month.
  • Have the ability to pay monthly loan installments. 
  • Have valid documentation of employment or self-employed work. 
  • Good credit standing and no record of impaired loans for the past twelve (12) months.

Salaried Applicant:
 
  • NRIC photocopy
  • Latest 3 months salary slip 
  • Latest EPF statement / Latest 3 months bank statements showing salary crediting 
  • Sale & Purchase Agreement/ Booking Form from developer 
  • Printed certificate number of completion from online financial education portal “Rumahku” by Agensi Kaunseling dan Pengurusan Kredit (AKPK). 
 
Self-Employed Applicant:
 
  • NRIC photocopy 
  • Business registration 
  • Latest 6 months business bank statements 
  • Latest Form B with tax payment receipt 
  • Sale & Purchase Agreement / Booking Form from developer 
  • Printed certificate number of completion from online financial education portal “Rumahku” by Agensi Kaunseling dan Pengurusan Kredit (AKPK).
