Termination of Manual Periodical Payment Instructions (PPI) Or Over-The-Counter Standing Instructions Service

 

Dear valued customers,

 

Effective 1 October 2023, all Manual Periodical Payment Instructions (PPI) or Over-the-Counter standing instructions i.e. payment via cheque mode, will be discontinued as part of our ongoing efforts to improve customer experience while strengthening security and risk controls.

 

To minimize any disruption, we recommend our customers to switch to real-time electronic payment solutions such as CIMB Clicks, CIMB OCTO App or BizChannel@CIMB.

 

Once the payment solutions is updated to electronic payment method, please cancel any Manual Periodical Payment Instructions (PPI) payment instructions to avoid duplicate payments.
