Starting 30 June 2023, there will be a Cooling-Off period of 12 hours when you install the CIMB Clicks and CIMB OCTO App for the first time or on a new device. This additional measure is part of our on-going efforts to combat fraud and will be in place of a call verification.
You will be able to perform and approve banking transactions via CIMB Clicks or CIMB OCTO App after 12 hours from the first-time login on a new mobile device.
