Starting May 2023, all new or existing users who are logging in to the CIMB Clicks App and CIMB OCTO App on a new device must undergo a call verification process to ensure that any first-time login attempt or device change is initiated by the account holder themselves.
Once the first-time login is performed, customers will be required to call CIMB’s Consumer Contact Centre to verify and activate their CIMB Clicks ID on the new device. User will need to verify within 12 hours or the status will expire.
