Effective 14 November 2023, you will be able to book an appointment prior to your visit at our branches. The appointment must be made at least one (1) day in advance.

 

 

To book an appointment:

Step 1: Visit our branch listing at Locate Us. You may use the filter option to easily find and select your preferred branch.

 

 

 

Step 2: Choose your desired branch and proceed by clicking on 'Book an appointment.'

 

Alternatively, save your time by bypassing Steps 1 and 2 and directly visit https://qms.cimb.com.my/apf.

 

 

Step 3: Complete your appointment request by providing your contact details, preferred branch and time slot.
