Bill Number to be used as Mandatory Tax Reference Number

Effective 15 Sep 2023, the Tax Reference Number as reference for all types of direct tax payments is replaced by Bill Number provided by LHDN. This is in line with Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri Malaysia (LHDN) recent announcement that Bill Number will be used as mandatory reference. 

 

To perform the tax payment via CIMB Clicks, you can login to CIMB Clicks and follow the below:

  • Step 1: Select Pay & Transfer
  • Step 2: Select Pay Bills
  • Step 3: Select Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri (LHDN – Ebilling)

 

Any Schedule Bill Payment setup for LHDN will no longer be valid for payment.
