Revision to Malaysia Airlines (MAS) Golden Lounge Access
To all existing CIMB Enrich World Elite, CIMB Enrich World and CIMB Enrich Platinum Credit Cardholders,
As part of our continuous efforts to enhance your experience, we are pleased to inform you that paperless entry to MAS Golden Lounge will be effective on 15 July 2020.
Your MAS Golden Lounge e-Voucher(s) will be reflected within the Malaysia Airlines Mobile App.
To access the MAS Golden lounge, you will need the e-Voucher(s), Passport/NRIC, CIMB Enrich Credit Card and a valid Malaysia Airlines boarding pass. Just swipe the e-Voucher(s) on the Malaysia Airlines Mobile App and present the code to the MAS Golden Lounge front desk prior to entry.
Issuance of e-Voucher(s) will be based on your Enrich ID. Please call the number on the back of your card in order to update your Enrich ID details.
Your existing physical voucher(s) are still valid until the expiry date stated.
The e-Voucher(s) will be reflected within Malaysia Airlines Mobile App on the 15th of your credit card anniversary month, refer to examples below for guidance.

January - May 2020
Your existing physical voucher(s) are still valid for usage until expiry date stated on it.
You will not receive any e-Voucher(s) within the Malaysia Airlines Mobile App for the year 2020.
June - July 2020
Your e-Voucher(s) will be reflected within the Malaysia Airlines Mobile App from 15 July 2020 onwards
August - December 2020
Your e-Voucher(s) will be reflected within the Malaysia Airlines Mobile App on the 15th of your anniversary month
