Xpress Cash Financing-i

Compensation/Ta’widh : Will be charged at 1% pa on the instalment amount in arrears; and
Takaful contribution shall depends on the financing amount and tenure (Optional)
Rebate/Ibra’ will be provided if the financing is fully settled before its maturity; and
Early settlement will not be subjected to any early settlement fee.

Employee Share Option Scheme (ESOS-i)

Stamping Fee:
- Principal Agreement - Ad-valorem (0.4% of the facility amount)
- Subsidiary Agreement - Nominal (RM10 each)

Initial Public Offering-i (IPO-i)

Stamping Fee:
- Principal Agreement - Ad-valorem (0.4% of the facility amount)
- Subsidiary Agreement - Nominal (RM10 each)

Term Financing-i Secured by ASB Certificate
