What will happen if my monthly goal auto-contribution failed due to insufficient available balance in my account?

You will be notified via CIMB Clicks Mobile App upon any missed auto-contribution. The goal will be automatically deactivated upon the third consecutive missed monthly auto contribution.


The goal(s) created will be automatically deactivated in the event the monthly auto contribution is not successful for the relevant number of consecutive months as determined by CIMB Bank and made known at CIMB Clicks website. In the event your goal(s) target is not achieved on the selected end date, CIMB Bank reserves the right to deactivate your goal(s).
