I keep getting error message at the Authentication screen after entered the Card Number and Card PIN, what should I do?  

Your access to the CIMB Clicks ID may have been limited due to: 


a) You have reached the maximum failed attempts for PIN.

b) The debit/credit card number entered is not the card number registered to this Clicks login ID.

c) The debit/credit card entered is not in active status. If the card number entered is expired, terminated or any other status.


To gain access, call our Contact Centre or the number at the back of your CIMB card.
