Login to CIMB Clicks and go to ‘Apply & Invest’ > CIMB Travel Currency Order History. Click on the Order ID link to view your order details. You will be able to see ‘Cancel Order’ button if your order is allowed to be cancelled.
If you have ordered without logging in to CIMB Clicks, access the CIMB TravelCurrency order page to find the ‘View Order’ menu. Have your initial order details with you to fill up the necessary info. A TAC is required to complete the cancellation process.
