What are the consequences if customers fail to redeem their earned Bonus Points prior to the expiry date?

All unused or unredeemed Bonus Points will be automatically forfeited after the applicable expiry date without notification to the Customers. Customers cannot carry forward any unused points earned and/or accumulated points once Bonus Points have expired. Any request by the Customer to utilise the unused points after the expiry date shall not be entertained by the Bank and the Bank shall have no obligation to reinstate the expired or forfeited points.
