You may be unable to view your account information due to a temporary system or connectivity issue.

To restore access:

Log out of the CIMB OCTO App.
Log in again and try accessing your accounts.
If the issue persists, please try again after a short while.

Once the issue has been resolved, you should be able to access your account information as usual.
