Eligibility

Entry age: Based on the age of your last birthday basis.

 

Notes:


For the person covered:

  • Minimum entry age: 30 days old
  • Maximum entry age: 70 years old*

* The maximum entry age for the TPD coverage is 69 years old.


For the contract holder, the minimum entry age is 18 years old.

Remarks

1 Not applicable for foreigner application, whereby underwriting may be applicable.

2 The maximum annualised basic contribution allowed is subject to the entry age of the person covered and health questionnaire declaration.

3 Single top-up contributions can be made at any time after the contribution term, provided that all the contributions due under the contract are paid.

4 TPD coverage will cease on the contract monthly anniversary immediately following the person covered’s 70th birthday.

5 The basic sum covered shall depend on the entry age of the person covered as follows:

Age 0 to 50 125% of total contribution paid (excluding single top-up contribution, if any) – 100% withdrawal (if any) from the Investment Account 1  
Age 51 to 60 110% of total contribution paid (excluding single top-up contribution, if any) – 100% withdrawal (if any) from the Investment Account 1  
Age 61 to 70 105% of total contribution paid (excluding single top-up contribution, if any) – 100% withdrawal (if any) from the Investment Account 1
