E-mail Submission for BizChannel@CIMB Maintenance Requests

 

Dear Valued Customers,

 

In line with our efforts to provide you a seamless banking experience, effective 1 May 2022, all registered company user or company admin for BizChannel@CIMB may submit their maintenance request forms via e-mail at rcmpo.rtbregistration@cimb.com.

 

The type of maintenance requests that are acceptable via e-mail are as follow:
