In line with the recent announcement by the Government of Malaysia on 28 June 2021, we have expanded our payment assistance programme and details of each programme are available in the tabs below. 

 

We urge our customers in need of assistance to select their preferred payment assistance option. This can be done easily using our digital forms which are available to both individual and SME/microenterprise customers. 

 

We assure our customers that any financial assistance taken will not affect your CCRIS (“Central Credit Reference Information System”) status.

Sejajar dengan pakej bantuan yang diumumkan oleh Kerajaan Malaysia pada 28 Jun 2021, kami telah menyemak semula program bantuan bayaran. Sila rujuk bahagian berikut untuk maklumat tentang setiap program bantuan.

 

Kami menggesa pelanggan yang memerlukan bantuan untuk membuat pilihan bantuan kewangan yang bersesuaian. Pilihan boleh dibuat secara mudah melalui borang digital yang disediakan untuk para pelanggan individu serta PKS/perusahaan mikro.

 

Pelanggan diberi jaminan bahawa status CCRIS (“Sistem Maklumat Rujukan Kredit Pusat”) mereka tidak akan terkesan oleh sebarang bantuan kewangan yang dipilih.

We have the following payment assistance options:  

 

•     6-month moratorium (deferment of instalments); or

•     50% reduction of instalments for 6 months

 

If you have more than one loan/financing account, please include all your loan/financing account that you wish to participate in this programme. 

 

To apply with immediate approval and a hassle free experience, key in your NRIC and 10 digit Financing Account Number in the eForm and follow the instructions on screen. Alternately, you may call our Consumer Contact Centre at 03 6204 7788 or visit any of our branches or email us at covidcare@cimb.com

Sekiranya anda mempunyai lebih daripada satu akaun pinjaman / pembiayaan, sila sertakan semua akaun pinjaman / pembiayaan yang anda ingin sertai dalam program ini.

 

Untuk kelulusan segera dan lancar, sila masukkan Kad Pengenalan dan 10 digit di nombor akaun pembiayaan di dalam eForm dan sila ikut arahan di skrin. I have a Credit Card

We have the following payment assistance programmes available for customers with our Credit Card:  

 

  • Balance Conversion Relief Programme; or
  • Term Loan/Financing converted from credit card/-i balances.

Balance Conversion Relief Programme

 

Balance Conversion Relief allows you to convert your credit card outstanding balances to a term loan/financing over a period of up to 36 months at an effective interest rate/facility charges of 13% p.a.

 

To apply, you may opt in via SMS request to 62666 according to the preferred tenure, as per instructions below.

 

 

 

Program Bantuan Penukaran Baki

 

Bantuan Penukaran Baki membolehkan anda untuk menukarkan baki belum jelas kad kredit anda kepada pinjaman/pembiayaan berjangka sehingga 36 bulan, pada kadar faedah/caj kemudahan efektif sebanyak 13% setahun.

 

Anda boleh memohon untuk menyertai program ini dengan menghantar SMS ke 62666 mengikut tempoh pinjaman/pembiayaan berjangka yang dikehendaki seperti arahan berikut.

I am an SME | Microenterprise

This programme is designed to assist SME customers, including Microenterprises, whose financial conditions has been adversely impacted by the pandemic.

 

Eligible Facilities

Loan/Financing that were approved on or before 30 June 2021 and remain performing (not in arrears exceeding 90 days as at date of application by customer). Refer to FAQ below for full list of eligible facilities.

 

What are the available options?

Option 1: 6-month moratorium (payment deferment)

Option 2: 50% reduction in instalments for 6 months

 

We will not compound the interest/profit and no penalty interest/late payment charges is charged during this period.

 

We recognise that the challenges may differ for each customer and we are committed to assist you based on your needs and circumstances.

 

How can I make a selection for my payment assistance?

No supporting documents are required.

 

Your selection will be confirmed within 2 calendar days (Excluding Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays) upon receiving your complete request.

 

 

Program ini direka untuk membantu pelanggan PKS, termasuk Perusahaan Mikro, yang keadaan kewangannya terjejas kerana wabak COVID-19.

 

Kemudahan yang Layak
Pinjaman/Pembiayaan yang diluluskan pada/atau sebelum 30 Jun 2021 dan tiada tunggakan (tidak tertunggak melebihi 90 hari pada tarikh permohonan oleh pelanggan). Rujuk Soalan Lazim di bawah untuk senarai penuh kemudahan yang layak.

 

Apakah pilihan yang ditawarkan?

Pilihan 1: Moratorium 6 bulan (penangguhan pembayaran)

Pilihan 2: Pengurangan ansuran 50% selama 6 bulan

 

Faedah/keuntungan tidak akan dikompoun dan tiada faedah denda/caj pembayaran lewat akan dikenakan dalam tempoh ini.
