Subject to submission of complete documentation and using the Bank’s approved Bank Guarantee formats, with all required information provided to the Bank by 12 noon on the same day. This excludes stamping and courier services. If the customer requests the Bank to stamp the guarantee, issuance may take up to three (3) working days.
